Jerry chairs the PharmaSmart group of Companies consisting of PharmaPoint, Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) & Scientific Staff  Consultants (SSC) two of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical and healthcare recruitment consultancies.  He was previously the Managing Director of Royce Recruitment and a leading Scottish law firm. He is also recognised as one of the UK’s leading management cyberneticians. 

Andrew Trouton, Commercial Director

Andy has nearly 20 years experience in sales, marketing and commercial roles in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Originally a Pharmacist; his career in the industry spans many roles at Glaxo, Head of CNS Marketing at Sanofi-Synthelabo and Country Manager at Biogen. He is one of the founder Directors of PharmaPoint and leads our business development and commercial activities.

Graham Hawthorn, Operations Director

Graham graduated with a Business and Politics degree before going onto to complete an MBA. He spent several years working within the finance industry before switching, 13 years ago, to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sales recruitment and contract sales sector. Graham was one of the founder Directors of IHS and PharmaPoint and now leads operational activities across the group..
